We are looking for an Installation Technical Engineer to join our growing service team to lead technical and hands-on service of monitoring manufacturing systems, installations, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, escalations support, and functional operation in a knowledgeable and efficient manner.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve accounts by analyzing technical requirements, conducting tests, and resolving problems.
  • Establish service activities by studying system requirements; arranging for components and parts; execute installations and performing acceptance tests.
  • Manage installations in collaboration with colleagues on infrastructure preparation prior to installation, in order to execute installations efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain support to customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques while recommending system improvements.
  • Installation documentation including installation forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Maintain customer confidence by keeping information confidential.
  • Updates professional knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.

  • Relevant practical degree.
  • 5+ years Proven work experience as an installation technician including administrative, time management analytical, and supervisory experience.

Engineering

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Adhering to the company’s production standards and guidelines
  • Ensuring the workstation is clean at all time and free from any hazardous substances
  • Assembling raw materials required for production
  • Finalizing on the finished products
  • Packaging and getting finished products ready for shipment
  • Operating and maintaining production equipment/machinery
  • Checking for any defects in the production equipment and rectifying any minor ones
  • Completing monthly/yearly production targets set by the Production technician and Operations manager
  • Coordinating and reporting any issues to the Operations and Production Supervisor
  • Monitoring the entire production process
  • Inspecting the finished products for quality control
  • Stacking all raw materials in the warehouse
  • Using lifting machinery for heavy materials
  • Checking the stock on a regular basis and report any discrepancies

 

Professional Experience and Personal Skills

  • High school diploma or degree
  • Proven work experience in the Production Industry as a Production Associate or equivalent position
  • Certification or a valid license to operate a factory machinery is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Taking part in the development of cutting-edge predictive maintenance models by leveraging various Machine Learning approaches.
  • Developing large-scale machine learning models.
  • Bring new ideas, take ownership and bring them to production, end to end.

 

Professional Experience and Personal Skills

  • M.Sc. in Computer Engineering, statistics, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 3+ years as a data scientist developing in Python/Spark and working with time series data, preferably from IoT/Predictive Maintenance company.
  • 3+ years experience in Time Series and Signal Processing Modeling.
  • Proven Experience with Supervised and Unsupervised Learning.
  • Proved experience in implementing ML algorithms and building applications in production.
  • Strong engineering background. Each member of the group is responsible for both the scientific and the engineering solution.
  • Experience with Git – Bitbucket or GitHub

  • Building Cross Assets/System Level ML models.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales to potential clients within the U.S manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for advancing clients’ product/application understanding through presentations, demonstrations, and benchmarks; provide support throughout the sale process from sourcing leads to educating potentials about the value and functionality of Feelit technology, to closing deals and onboarding new clients.

Responsibilities
  • Function as a sale-oriented technology consultant throughout Feelit sales processes to potential clients in the U.S manufacturing sector (including presentations, demos, POC’s)
  • Understand, map, and translate customers’ needs to new sales/partnership opportunities
  • Comprehensively understand Feelit product and present it to potential clients/business partners
  • Accompany potential clients as the focal engagement point with Feelit, at the initial stages of a client’s familiarization with the system, while promoting awareness of the product’s value-add to advance closing the deal
  • Facilitate sales and onboarding of new clients
  • Use SaaS/enterprise software/technical experience to assess a client enterprise’s technical requirements/needs, to optimize value integration.
  • Lead the functional and technical discovery, configuration, demonstration, and validation of Feelit SaaS solution in complex sales cycles for U.S-based manufacturing enterprises
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a technical Sales person
  • Sale and deal-closing oriented with a strong background in promoting Saas solutions in the U.S market
  • Familiarity with the U.S manufacturing sector and an effective network with stakeholders within manufacturing enterprises
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. Particularly, the ability to convey technical know-how in a marketable manner
