We are looking for an AI/ML Product Manager to join our growing team!

Feelit™ develops and provides unique sensing solutions enabling real-time insights, empowering manufacturers to transform the way they manage their critical assets. Feelit™ enables users to improve uptime, as well as reducing asset cost of ownership, and safety risks. The patented end-to-end agile, sensing and analytics solutions can be deployed and scaled across a diversity of industrial equipment. The solutions are non-intrusive, require zero downtime, are easily installed, and have been designed for harsh environments. The solution utilizes Feelit’s unique ink-based sensing technology which combines a printed nanotechnology sticker sensor and a wireless edge device, that can detect parameter changes and predict upcoming failures in the manufacturing and process systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop AI/ML Product roadmap.
  • Draw high-level product requirements based on management directives and inputs from customers.
  • Lead all AI/ML product requirements based on management directives and inputs from customers.
  • Conduct market research to uncover customer and business insights; translate those insights into products and programs that deliver growth for the product category.
  • Product And Capability Assessment – assessing AI/ML impact on user experience, identifying areas where it can be improved, and making sure that any new insights gained are acted upon in order to maximize ROI for customers over time.
  • Perform Gap Analysis On Existing Data – identify gaps in automation, expertise, or other areas that might be limiting company growth.
  • Problems mapping – looking for similarities or differences across multiple variables within a dataset that could lead to insights into customer behavior.
  • Serve as a knowledge source enabling smart strategic decision-making, support internal and external customer education programs and product training.

 

Professional Experience and Personal Skills

MLOPS ENGINEER

Feelit is an Industry 4.0 company operating in the field of Predictive Maintenance, which is integral for sustainable smart manufacturing, better supporting value creation. Feelit automatically alerts of upcoming failures in real-time, preventing unscheduled downtime, and contributing to the efficient use of resources by ensuring optimum system availability.

Feelit is looking for a passionate MLOps Engineer to join the Data Science and Analytics team and take part of the amazing fast growth of the field. The main and very important position includes extending the company ML architecture and supporting the fast scale up of the company towards the extensive cloud and edge analytics solution.

 Responsibilities:

  • Taking part in the development of cutting-edge predictive maintenance models by leveraging various Machine Learning approaches.
  • Be responsible for the entire algorithmic life-cycle – from models training, evaluation and fine-tuning to implementation in production, monitoring and maintenance.
  • Building and maintaining the CI/CD.
  • Model Monitoring – detect data and concept drifts in the data in real time and retrain new models to maximize performance.
  • Bring new ideas, take ownership and bring them to production, end to end.

 

Requirements:

Must:

  • Sc. in Computer Engineering, statistics, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in Python
  • 3+ years of experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js/Java/etc.
  • Proved Experience in Model Monitoring.
  • Experience with Supervised and Unsupervised Learning.
  • Proved experience in implementing Machine Learning algorithms and building applications in production.
  • Solid Git knowledge – Bitbucket or GitHub
  • Experience in planning and implementing CI/CD
  • Experience with Flow/pipeline ML Frameworks such as AirFlow, MLFlow, KubeFlow
  • Experience in cloud computation (preferable Azure).
  • Solid Experience with Docker (Linux)- image creation and container orchestration
  • Experience with serverless functions.

 

Bonus:

  • Experience with Edge devices orchestration – running our analytics on the edge device using tiny ML frameworks – an advantage

Feelit is looking for a highly committed, experienced Sales Manager for the North American Market to join our growing company.

An opportunity to join a rapidly expanding global company, by assuming a key role in its growth strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales to potential clients within the U.S manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for advancing clients’ product/application understanding through presentations, demonstrations, and benchmarks; provide support throughout the sale process from sourcing leads to educating potentials about the value and functionality of Feelit technology, to closing deals and onboarding new clients.

Responsibilities
  • Function as a sale-oriented technology consultant throughout Feelit sales processes to potential clients in the U.S manufacturing sector (including presentations, demos, POC’s)
  • Understand, map, and translate customers’ needs to new sales/partnership opportunities
  • Comprehensively understand Feelit product and present it to potential clients/business partners
  • Accompany potential clients as the focal engagement point with Feelit, at the initial stages of a client’s familiarization with the system, while promoting awareness of the product’s value-add to advance closing the deal
  • Facilitate sales and onboarding of new clients
  • Use SaaS/enterprise software/technical experience to assess a client enterprise’s technical requirements/needs, to optimize value integration.
  • Lead the functional and technical discovery, configuration, demonstration, and validation of Feelit SaaS solution in complex sales cycles for U.S-based manufacturing enterprises
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a technical Sales person
  • Sale and deal-closing oriented with a strong background in promoting Saas solutions in the U.S market
  • Familiarity with the U.S manufacturing sector and an effective network with stakeholders within manufacturing enterprises
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. Particularly, the ability to convey technical know-how in a marketable manner
  • Background in one or more of the following areas is desirable: Industry 4.0 solutions, Industrial Automation/optimization, AI-based applications for predictive operational analytics, or technical sales for enterprises, and the ability to implement advanced product features
  • Ability to perform in a dynamic environment that extends across different production processes, technologies, verticals, and geographies
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills
